Kaul is duo from L.A, California, formed back in 1999 by Paul Calder and Kian Kaul, 
                    who met each other while working famous TV show "Futurama".  They worked on many other 
movies and got good experience in music.  Soon, they decided to form a band, or a project. 

These guys are playing all instruments, plus they invited few friends to help them record
this demo.  The best thing on this demo is that each song is independent - looking at music and lyrics. 
Their music has something from black metal, a bit of darkwave and lots influences from gothic metal/rock. 
The best definition of their music would be darkwave metal.  Song "In Cold" shows their ability to create very 
dark atmosphere and music, as well as their vocal talent to do clean and growl vocals. 
"Hate Hides" is my second favourite.  These guys know how to create very good music, especially with
dose of movie music/darkwave.  Production of this demo is very good, just remember, they worked in 
professional music studios.  KauL is yet unsigned band, and if we look at some bands signed to big labels, 
they have no better production than KauL does.  One more fact - Kaul do not remind me to any
other band and that gives them a big plus for originality.
